The quote for scramble for africa i think it means so much problems thats going on with africa and different kind of countries involve in it also.the countries who were involve in it was spain, portugal, italy, german, france, great britian this were involve in this scramble. what these people were lookin for in africa was they wanted some soliders and they wanted there power and they were doing alot of trading with these countries. what these countries did to take over africa was the all had different things like in plans and so they all had different tradings to take over africa so the countries gathered and took over africa. The way it affected the africn people was that they had no places to live destroyed all of africa with no food and place to sleep thats how bad it was.
